   We offer permanent jewelry services, at-home permanent jewelry kits, and e-gift certificates. All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

   All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

   We ship within the United States only. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

   Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in writing. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately or within 5 days of delivery.

7. E-Gift Certificates

   E-gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

8. Minors

   Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

9. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using a Forever Kit from For Keeps LLC, you agree that:

• This kit is intended for personal, non-professional use only.

• Instructions must be followed carefully.

• For Keeps LLC is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use.

• Adult supervision is recommended when used by minors.

• Jewelry removal and ongoing care are the responsibility of the user.

• Results may vary based on use and care.

• It is understood that even if a gold PVD/stainless steel or gold filled chain is purchased, the link lock will be sterling silver and therefore be a different color than the chain

Discontinue use if you are unsure or uncomfortable at any time.

Private Event & Sparkle & Sip Acknowledgment

By booking a private event or Sparkle & Sipp with For Keeps LLC, you acknowledge that:

• Services will be provided on site at a location selected by the host.

• All participating guests may be required to complete a service release prior to receiving jewelry.

• The host is responsible for ensuring a safe, appropriate environment for services.
