What materials are used?

We mostly use sterling silver, stainless steel and 14K gold filled, but you do have the option of 14K solid gold!

How long does it actually last? Is it really “permanent”?

With proper care, your piece will last as long as you wish! While it is made to be durable, it is not indestructible and you should avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbing or tugging.

Can I wear permanent jewelry through TSA?

What if I need an x-ray or MRI?

We recommend speaking with you your doctor as it is at their discretion. If it does need to be removed, simply cut it off at the jump ring, store in a safe space and bring it back to us when you’re ready to have it put back on!

Can children get permanent jewelry?

Yes! We have beautiful enamel chains that are perfect for kids! Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you do private parties or weddings?

We absolutely do! We would love to help you elevate your next event with permanent jewelry. It’s agreat way to thank your guests or bond with your friends! Bridal party proposals, birthday party, wedding or a girls night, however big or small your event is, we want in!

How often should I clean my jewelry?

We recommend a light clean once a week and a deeper clean as needed, especially after exposure to lotions, perfumes, or sweat.

Can I use it on non-permanent jewelry too?

Absolutely! All aftercare Essentials products are gentle & safe for all types of jewelry.

Will cleaning affect the weld or clasp?

No- proper cleaning helps maintain the integrity and overall appearance of your jewelry without impacting the weld or connection.

Shipping & Processing FAQs

  • Each order is intentionally prepared with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships.

    Processing time varies based on order size, larger orders may take longer to process but we will keep you with us every step of the way!

  • Once shipped, order typically arrive within 3-5 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on it’s way to you!

  • Currently we ship within the U>S only.
